What is a wellbase?

Our wellness & spa rooms are called wellbases. Each of our wellbase includes a whirlpool, a finnish sauna, an adventure shower, and more things. All of our wellbases are equally equipped.

Where can I find you?

We welcome you to Frankfurt, in Summer 2024. Just a little later we'll open our locations in Hamburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Nürnberg, and many more cities.

Who can enjoy wellext?

Every adult individual seeking recovery and relaxation. You are looking for a luxurious wellness treat without travelling to distant islands? Then wellext is your destination – a daily one.

How can I spend my gift card?

You can use it for your bookings. For all of our products and services.

Do I need bathing clothes and towels?

Fee-based, you can rent bath towels and sauna towels, as well as bathrobes from us. Pre-order them online during your booking process, or order them during your wellness session via 1-click-order system. Bring the swimwear of your choice.

Which food and beverages are offered?

A changing selection of fresh food and beverages, directly from the wellext-kitchen. Yes, champagne and beer too :)
You can pre-order and enjoy directly at your arrival, or order during your well-time. Check out our menu.

Is it possible to invite friends afterwards?

Yes, you can. You can invite/change additional guests up to 24 hours before your well-time. A maximum of four people can enjoy each of our wellbases.

Does my wellbase have its own bathroom?

Yes, your wellbase comes with its own bathroom – only for you and your guests. Of course you find a hair dryer in your bathroom :)

Can I watch football in my wellbase?

Yes – With one click, you can connect your smartphone to our entertainment system and use your football streaming provider's account to watch football.

How can I cancel a booking?

Maximum 48 hours before your booking, you can cancel your booking and receive a voucher for a new booking. After that, there is no cancellation option.
For cancelling your booking, we charge a fee of €16.90
